People are looking to have high-speed internet that includes mobile phones as well as lower priced products for consumers, an issue tackled in the most recent meeting held by the European Commission’s digital agenda. According to sources, the commission is planning to sustain it through a 5-year plan for all EU businesses and citizens. The said agenda is said to deliver many benefits to businesses and consumers by delivering an ultra-fast internet connection and interoperable applications. The said agenda has been unveiled back in May 2010, aiming to provide internet access using broadband with an average speed of about 30 mbps or higher. The commission is hoping to achieve this for all citizens and business firms by 2020. To know more about this post, go to the source.
