Most of the sites that reinforced the vulnerable OpenSSL after the said attack was reported last April 7 and then went to revoke any compromised SSL certificate. That lead most companies or websites to order a new one. Still, more than 30,000 websites today are still using the same private key just like what the old, compromised one do have.
