Let’s face it; kids now are cyber users, too like most adults do – and this makes them no less vulnerable to security breaches. To ensure that your kids are safe free from online security gaps, make sure that you have geo-tagging and other 24-hour auto-locate-and-share apps in your device. Refrain from disclosing recognizable information such as address in your profile name. Tell your kids not to ‘add a friend’ a stranger. As much as possible, do not let your children use your log in account. Filter websites and programs by setting another user account for children to use in your home computer.
