A survey conducted by Fujitsu’s ‘Financial Services Landscape’ over 176 IT decision makers from financial sector concluded that a large percentage of banks are still undecided about mobile banking. A large percentage of the respondents worry about security while other factors such as unsuitability, unnecessary to business and cost implementation contribute to the list.
